La Unique Laser Centre has become Brampton and Mississauga’s go-to laser hair removal and skin care clinic where women and men can leave looking and feeling their absolute best.

La Unique Laser Centre is a family owned and operated company with three clinics located in Brampton and Mississauga offering everything from laser hair removal, skin resurfacing and so much more.

**Position Objective**:
The clinic manager will be responsible for managing two of our Brampton locations.

Overall duties include operations are running smoothly, HR, accounts payable and client care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrating product and service knowledge
- Act professionally, ethically, using good judgement while maintaining a healthy work environment
- Monitor customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Desire for long-term employment
- Postive attitude
- Hiring, scheduling, any employee concerns, evaluations and conflict management
- Preparing payroll
- Handle accounts payable
- Track inventory and place orders as needed

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Personable skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability and flexibility to travel
- Driven, passionate, and outgoing attitude

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of managing a clinic setting
- Theory of procedures and products
- Experience in sales is an asset

**Requirements**:

- Computer skills
- Must be flexible with hours throughout the week and weekend (hours to be discussed)
