**A typical day as an Assistant Branch Manager**
- Responsible for growing the sales revenue and the profitability of the Branch by assisting in developing and implementing strategies to market the Company's services and products to funders, referral sources and to customers
- Supervision of all operations staff (customer service, field techs, service techs, warehouse personnel, and purchasing) to ensure staff are performing in accordance with the standards required for their position. Supervision of outside sales staff to ensure they are performing in accordance with Company objectives.
- Hiring procedure: review resume's, assist in conducting interviews and hiring decisions.
- Staff discipline to maintain including addressing absenteeism, tardiness, underperformance of duties including rendering of any decision to terminate employees.
- Set up and help facilitate training of new staff members.
- Set up and maintain ongoing training for existing staff including set up of manufacturer invoices.
- Supervise cleaning and building maintenance contracts.
- Ensure physical premises are safe and maintained in accordance with regulations.
- Arrange for routine vehicle maintenance. Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and arrange ad hoc repairs.

- Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, management or similar OR industry experience preferred
- 3+ years in a management role

Given the nature of this role, this compliance may require applicants to, among other things, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to provide satisfactory proof of vaccination.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel,PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to easily adapt to changes in priorities to meet branch needs.
