Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. As a Regional Manager, your primary focus will be on driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and providing leadership to your team.
Duties
- Maintain facilities and equipment including IT support;
- Responsible for appearance and functionality of the office;
- Support Marketing and Promotional initiatives;
- Business correspondence and reporting (Lease, insurance, Benefits plan, banking, suppliers, utilities);
- Renew Annual digital certificates, fee guide;
- Partner with the Accounting Department and HR on payroll data and distribution;
- Daily Bank Deposits;
- Arrange staff meetings for the whole office'
- Building communications;
- Maintain A/R, write offs and charge adjustments;
- Staff Payroll and Invoice Processing;
- Organize and Oversee supply purchases with Procurement Officer;
- Equipment upgrades and operation expenses;
- Monitor and maintain the office budget;
- Support the owners in the design and execution of employee and organization development strategies that equip staff to carry out expected functionality and direction of the office;
- Maintain human resource information system records with HR Manager;
- Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and termination of team members;
- Financial arrangements for patients within the guidelines given. Anything above and beyond that to be approved by the Dentist;
- Prepare any/all supportive materials requested by the bookkeepers, Owner and Team Leads;
- Leading and completing special projects as may be directed by the COO;
- Partner with Practice HR on yearly performance review, for all team members;
- Contributing to the development and implementation of team-based and individual incentive compensation programs for hygienists;
- Oversee and maintain hygiene periodontal program;
- Facilitate Office and department meetings;
- Analyzing of software’s end of day reports: provider billing/modified transactions etc.;
- Maintain office emergency kit and tracking of drug expiration dates;
- Maintain CT, and Sedation protocols;
- Renewal and maintenance of all office permits (CT Scanner, Sedation); and
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred;
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and leadership roles;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet targets;
- Experience in process improvement methodologies; and
- Proficient in project management principles and tools.
