**JOB TITLE**:Customer Service Representative - Bowling Alley**

LOCATION: City Centre Park located at 1097 Langford Parkway Victoria BC.

DEPARTMENT: Customer Service - various facilities (may include Playzone, Langford Lanes Bowling Alley, Eagle Ridge Community Centre, Westhills Arena)

REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager

HOURS: Varying shifts according to business needs

**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for greeting and signing in customers to City Centre Park, ensuring all guests are greeted upon entry and leaving of City Centre Park facilities, provide great customer service and information regarding various facilities and programs offered, cash handling and processing of sales and transactions, and general administrative and cleaning tasks. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is responsible for issuing a variety of reservation types to Langford Lanes (online reservations, Bowling Leagues, Birthday Party bookings, school rates, weekly specials, and walk in customers), and ensuring guests have a clean, safe, and FUN environment. This position offers a lot of opportunity for learning and cross-training, and is best suited for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, who has a high attention to detail, and who can effectively communicate to solve in-the-moment problems to ensure guest satisfaction and customer safety.

**TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meet and Greet every customer as they arrive and as they leave
- Provide a fun, safe environment for all customers
- Ring in and process payments, and complete daily cash-outs at the end of the day (if scheduled for closing shifts)
- Look through reservations using our online reservations system, and familiarize yourself on upcoming daily/weekly/reservations upon arrival.
- Have excellent communication skills and a friendly and outgoing demeanor
- Cleaning and wiping down tables, locker rooms, and other high-touch surfaces in between customer uses in accordance with the Daily Cleaning logs
- Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks as indicated in the Cleaning and Maintenance trackers

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Criminal Record Check (required within first 30 days of employment)
