We are seeking a highly skilled, licensed hairstylist to join our team as a dynamic support professional across multiple salon locations. This hybrid role combines expert hairstyling with operational support, ensuring consistent service quality, team assistance, and coordination with our user management and head office teams. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is passionate about upholding service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:Styling & Client Services**:

- Step in to provide hairstyling services across various locations as needed.
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, color, and styling in line with brand standards.
- Build rapport with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Quality Control & Standards**:

- Monitor and audit service quality and customer experience across locations.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve service consistency.
- Conduct informal spot checks or assessments of styling protocols and cleanliness.

**Head Office Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the head office to communicate location needs and staff feedback.
- Support implementation of company initiatives, promotions, or new procedures.
- Assist in reporting, scheduling feedback, and coordinating training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Hairstyling license**; 332A
- Minimum **3+ years of experience** as a hairstylist in a professional salon.
- Strong knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and hygiene protocols.
- Ability to travel between multiple salon locations as needed (reliable transportation required).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
