Marca College, a private career college offering specialized programs in Hairstyling, Barbering, and Medical Esthetics since 1985, and is rapidly growing. We are currently seeking a **Full Time Hairstyling Instructor** to join our reMARCAble team and help shape the next generation of hairstylists.

**About the Role**:
As an instructor, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring aspiring hairstylists, providing guidance and support in both theoretical and practical aspects of the trade. You’ll, provide classroom theory and practical curriculum, oversee our student stylist salon and ensuring students meet professional standards as they work with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students working with clients.
- Check and correct students’ cuts, styles, and formulations to ensure quality and consistency.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A valid Hairstyling License in Ontario.
- Solid theoretical knowledge in all areas of the hairstyling trade.
- A passion for mentoring and helping students develop their skills and careers.
- Previous teaching experience is an asset, but not required.

Pay: From $44,000.00 per year

- Hairstyling: 3 years (preferred)
