Wanting to join our exceptional hospitality team? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated part-time casual Event Setup/Teardown Porters to join our Event Services department.

**Position Overview**

Our Event Setup/Teardown Porters primary focus is to support our clients with the physical set-up and takedown of furniture, materials, fixtures and equipment related to a guest event. Event Setup/Teardown Porters will exceed guest expectations through effective communication, efficient delivery of event order requirements and adherence of RBC Place London systems and procedures.

Our Event Setup/Teardown Porters work onsite.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Physical set up and takedown of event room ensuring quality and consistency.
- Follow RBC Place London’s systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

**Job Skills and Requirements**

Please note: this position requires irregular hours, evenings, midnights, and weekends. This position also requires the incumbent to be medically capable of performing the following functions (but not limited to) back, leg and body motions in order to lift, operate power equipment, sweep, mop, climb ladders, move furniture and supplies. This position also requires intense and continual physical activity and the ability to maneuver heavy items (max 40 lbs.)

**Total Compensation**

Hourly Start Rate: $19.11

After 400 Hours Worked: $20.26

Benefits: Employee Assistance Program, Parking, Voluntary enrolment in the Ontario Municipal Employee Retirement System (OMERS) pension plan
