- Act as a product champion to influence various departments (e.g. Research and Development, Business Operations, Sales, Planning, and Marketing) in aligning goals with the overall vision for commercialization
- Stay informed with both competitors and current trends in key end-user research circles to craft new product proposals in conjunction with product teams, effectively responding to evolving customer needs
- Facilitate seamless alignment of marketing, sales, and corporate goals to execute successful marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and support tools (e.g. training courses on our products)

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- MSc or PhD in cell biology or a related field or 3+ years experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills, with proven experience building strong relationships with stakeholders and key opinion leaders
- Demonstrated ability in complex calculations in large datasets using spreadsheets (programming experience is a plus)

This role requires being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per STEMCELL’s vaccination policy, the current recommendations by local health authorities and as required by public health orders in place from time to time, including any COVID-19 boosters as recommended by local health authorities and as required by public health orders in place from time to time.
