This is an exciting role where you will strategize, orchestrate, and execute on initiatives to improve TELUS Secure Business product profitability, value chain experience, and customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with multiple cross‑functional teams across TELUS including: Project Management Office, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Field Technicians, and Systems teams. Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together This position will report to the Manager of the over the top (OTT), TELUS Secure Business product team. The Senior Product Manager is a strategic‑minded individual that sees the big picture but can also execute effectively and efficiently. The Senior Product Manager is not afraid to challenge the status quo and design, create, and implement a vision for short and long‑term success. Strategy: Design and develop a product portfolio strategy focused on product profitability and value chain improvements from a customer and team member journey perspective. Roadmap Development: Manage product roadmaps and collaborate with enabling teams for effective lifecycle management, including product introduction, optimization, and retirement. Implementation: Own the strategy and execution of business initiatives, working with stakeholders to identify opportunities that optimize processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Relationship Building: Foster strong work relationships with internal and external partners across TELUS, as well as external vendor partners. Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the SME for our business security products. Customer Experience: Drive engagement and improve experience for current and new customers. Key performance indicators: Revenue/COGS/Margin, Churn, Customer L2R (Likelihood to Recommend) Here’s how As a Senior Product Manager, you will leverage a variety of skills, competencies and tools to: Architect and implement a structured approach to measure and monitor key product performance indicators through scorecards and monthly performance processes. Develop financial models that enable the ability to understand and track the profitability of the product throughout the entire value chain and lifecycle. Strategize with product managers to identify strategic and tactical plans to improve business outcomes for the product through the lens of easy to buy, easy to sell, easy to deliver, and easy to support. Orchestrate product governance including monthly/quarterly forums with key stakeholder groups including Marketing, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Vendor. Communicate and influence effectively at all layers of the organization in support of driving quality decisions. Conduct strategic analysis on the Product to problem solve for the short and long term. Prepare and deliver powerful presentations for all layers of the organization including executives. Represent the team on cross‑functional strategic programs requiring product influence and input. Manage and execute product strategies by supporting projects that involve an operational process development. Grow the product portfolio by launching new products and expanding distribution channels. Qualifications You're the missing piece of the puzzle As a Senior Product Manager, you are valued because: Find insights from data and use them to develop strategic and tactical plans. Be a great coach in developing organizational capabilities. Understand key financial concepts associated with the profit and loss of products. Great to haves Bilingual (French speaking) is an asset. MBA or equivalent experience. Passionate about community involvement, diversity and inclusion. Knowledge of physical security, including video monitoring and intrusion detection. Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15% Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
