A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will embark on a dynamic journey integrated into our business operations. Each day, you will proactively identify opportunities, execute strategic plans, and address critical people-related matters. Serving as an advocate for employees, a trusted coach for leaders, and a driver of change, you will balance employee needs with business objectives. Collaborating across the HR function, you will deliver value-added services, provide insights, and navigate complex data to support decision-making. With discretion and a collaborative approach, you will help shape our organization's success and foster a thriving work environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong proficiency in English and French
- Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resource experience, demonstrating expertise in various HR functions or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- University Degree in HR or Business (preferred)
- Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS, with specific experience in ADP preferred.
- Holds an appropriate HR designation (SHRM-CP/CPHR) in accordance with industry standards.
- Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Solid understanding of relevant Labour Law, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making in HR practices.
