**Inside Sales Support**:
- Assist the Sales Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review margins and help create business proposals and estimates for the Sales Manager.
- Provide order fulfillment and aftersales support to customers.
- File, enter, and organize business critical data (digital and physical).
- Interact with suppliers and manage purchase orders.
- Respect processes within a supply chain management workflow.
- Various Ad-hoc tasks depending on business needs.
**Desirable Attributions**
- Desire to learn and contribute ideas and solutions in a growing company.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high output, environment
- ** Intermediate Excel skills**:
- Sort, organize, filter, and manipulate data.
- Understand and write of basic formulas.
- Experience in business analytics to understand profitability preferred.
- Experience working with QuickBooks and/or SOS Inventory is an advantage.
- Creative problem solver, ability to propose solutions in diverse situations.
- Proficient in written and spoken French.
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking in an entrepreneurial environment is crucial.
- Good communication skills and a pleasant attitude are expected.
Full-Time Position. Starting salary range: $45,000 to $55,000 / year
Position is on-site in St. Hubert QC.
