With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our **Orléans Honda** location is looking for an **Appointment Coordinator** to join the team. **Responsibilities**: - Administrative duties such as appointment management/booking, answering and coordinating inbound/outbound phone calls, etc. - Help communicate technical problems to customers and assist in advising customers around suggested and ongoing maintenance needs. - Work with KPI’s to determine areas of high and low performance and interest in continuous personal and professional growth. - Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity in order to align with the company's brand and image. **Qualifications** - Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and a customer-centric mindset. - Deep passion and interest in high care, relationship centered customer experiences. - Experience in a dealership environment and experience using customer relationship management software is considered an asset. - Knowledge of automotive servicing methods is considered an asset. - Highly effective communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to work with customers, colleagues and numerous outside suppliers and stakeholders. - Solid organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Desire and excitement to work in a team-based environment and work collaboratively towards common goals. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $18.50 per hour **Benefits**: - Extended health care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Orleans, ON K4A 3T9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Customer Service: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (required) - French (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Drivers License (required) Work Location: In person
