**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily operations of the service department drive thru, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Manage and train service staff, providing guidance on best practices in customer interaction and automotive repair.
- Develop and implement strategies for upselling services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Foster positive relationships with customers by addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain an organized environment within the service area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and dealership standards.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a managerial role within an automotive dealership or repair environment is preferred.
- Strong background in automotive repair, with mechanical knowledge that allows for effective troubleshooting and guidance.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a track record of building relationships with clients.
- Ability to motivate staff, foster teamwork, and drive performance through effective leadership.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, particularly in upselling services to enhance customer experience.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
