**Work at Home - Call Center Agent**

We are looking for talented Call Center Agents working with their own computer, who are enthusiastic about customer service to join our team. We will train you everything you need to know about our operations so that you can provide an excellent customer experience

In this role you will be doing things like:

- Placing customer orders from inbound calls and online
- Identify the customer concerns/needs by active listening, assist with troubleshooting to resolve the customer concern while following company policies
- Provide accurate information regarding special offers and menu suggestions
- Use multiple computer systems throughout the day

**What we are looking for**:

- Have your own computer equipment
- Have a dedicated home office space
- Have reliable internet
- Your computer-savvy, comfortable sitting at a desk with multiple monitors
- You are a superstar with details and accuracy

**Requirements**:

- Your available to work a variety of shifts (including evenings & weekends)
- Must be bilingual (French & English) and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Must have 1 year of call center experience
- You have previous experience working in the food industry (nice to have)

**Job-Type**: Full-time
