Office Administrator - Maternity Contract
The Pump Shop has been servicing water systems in Haliburton and surrounding areas for over 35 years and we are now looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team
Schedule is Monday-Friday and every other Saturday.
**Job Duties**:
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, timely fashion.
- Complete vendor-related clerical tasks with attention to detail.
- Provide support as needed with retail sales at the front counter.
- Assist office staff with various tasks including, but not limited to, completing office projects, opening and closing duties, light cleaning, and others, as assigned.
**Qualifications and Characteristics**
College diploma or equivalent experience.
Bookkeeping knowledge and experience with administrative processes.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized, while maintaining attention to detail.
Good customer service and communications skills.
Self-starter that exercises good judgement, is adaptable and learns quickly.
Knowledge of Haliburton County and water systems would be an asset.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
