**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Ensure that all items are securely packed and organized for transport.
- Help navigate delivery routes efficiently while adhering to safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers.
- Perform heavy lifting and moving of packages, ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the delivery vehicle and warehouse environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in commercial driving or as a delivery helper is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical activity throughout the workday.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in warehouse settings is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
