**Responsibilities**
- **Collaborate with the Best**: Work directly with the founder and leadership team to drive success.
- **Own Your Results**: Take charge of neighborhoods, knock on doors, and convert leads into loyal clients.
- **Write Your Own Ticket**: Set your own prices within the company's framework, build proposals, drive high-margin deals, and take full control of your earning potential.
- **Be a Strategic Advisor**: Leverage your expertise to position Paver Restore as the obvious choice for homeowners.
- **Elevate the Brand**: Represent a company that’s recognized as the gold standard in paving stone restoration.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction & restoration sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to sales are advantageous.

Pay: $45,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Direct sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
