**What you will be doing**:

- Draft and finalize Financial Statements with supporting documentation, Net Family Property Statements, Case Conference and Settlement Conference Briefs, Orders, etc.
- Review, organize, and manage client documents and information essential for case preparation.
- Arrange service and filing of documents.
- Assist with preparation for Conferences, Mediations/Arbitrations, pre-trials, and trials as required.
- Preparation of Bill of Costs, etc.
- Liaise with clients, lawyers, and other external parties as required.
- Track critical dates and initiate follow-up action as required.

**What you will bring to the position**:

- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience gained as a Law Clerk in family law.
- Completion of post-secondary Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and legal software such as DivorceMate and PCLaw.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
