We are an independent medical spa looking to grow the business and we are wanting to bring in a talented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.

Our ideal team member will have the drive and motivation to provide our clients with the best services and results.

**What we are looking for is the following**:

- Learn about our products and services to be able to discuss confidently with clients.
- Inventory Control (be able to handle and maintain inventory of products)
- Computer Skills (understanding Microsoft Office, book clients in booking system)
- Willing to learn and take part in training
- Being creative to create promotional flyers for in clinic
- Help with social media
- Assist with clean up of rooms and clinic (mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing)

- Mature, Reliable, and responsible
- Knowledge and passion for the beauty industry.
- Outstanding communication skills with excellent phone demeanour.
- excellent organizational skills.
- Self Motivated, detail-oriented, and with a positive attitude.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, Computer skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining the clinic's high standards.
- exceptional customer service skills, Energetic, friendly, pleasant and professional.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
