Ottawa, Canada 270 West Consulting Full time

**Duties**:

- Assess and coordinate client benefits programs, including health claims, disability claims, and other health related benefits
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding benefit inquiries and issue resolution
- Collaborate with supervisor and team to ensure accurate and timely communication of benefit updates and changes
- Maintain client benefit records and ensure data integrity
- Assist with client enrollment process, including account set up, form preparation, and client information sessions
- Stay up-to-date on industry policies and regulations related to client benefits, such as Veteran Affairs, RCMP, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma required; Post secondary education preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in the military or DND.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer service or a similar role
- Knowledge of military terminology and careers required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive or be willing to commute around Ottawa as required.
- Availability to travel to head office in Nova Scotia, if required.
- Valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$72,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
