AVENUE ROAD is looking for a full-time SALES ASSISTANT to join our world-class team, supporting our efforts to provide the highest level of service to our clients. This is an in-person role supporting Sales Executives from our teams located in Toronto, Vancouver, Dallas, Miami, New York. The position is based out of our Toronto head office, however flexibility to work in our Toronto showroom from time-to-time is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and revise quotations and sales orders
- Input new contacts and leads into database
- Daily interaction with Operations team on customer orders and deliveries
- Liaise with clients concerning installations, deliveries, product issues and payments
- Daily interaction with Purchasing team regarding vendor queries/clarification/special requests
- Additional duties as required

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized
- Solution Oriented
- Strong self-starter
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong team player, able to work in a fast-paced sales driven environment
- Ability to work in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with inventory/database management software, preferably SAP
- Secondary language an asset
