Vision Truck Group is hiring a dedicated Shop Supervisor/Foreman at our London location. Afternoon Shift Tuesday to Saturday (4:30pm-2:00am)

**Duties include, but are not restricted to**:

- Reports to Service Manager
- Manage 15-20 technicians/apprentices
- Manage workflow of 50+ repair events
- Assign work to technicians based on experience level and ability
- Oversee and direct technicians and apprentices based on OEM best practices
- Work with Service Advisor to prioritize work and update customers
- Communicate repair process to customers throughout repair event
- Prepare repair estimates, and communicate to customers for authorizations
- Review and audit repair orders for completion and quality
- Work with Service Manager to implement and execute short, medium, and long-term goals
- Maintain shop organization and cleanliness

**Health and Safety**:

- Maintain good housekeeping standards with the facility through job delegation
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, rules and regulations by all employees under their supervision as required by the company and legislation
- Ensure all PPE is worn as per company policy
- Respond to any workplace hazards identified by the JHSC
- Investigate incidents that result in vehicle damage or injury
- Ensure correct handling and storage of all products in the shop
- Respond to and correct unsafe behaviors

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in leadership / supervisory role
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive or truck and coach
- 310T/310S license an asset
