**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Construction Labourer. You are a skilled tradesperson but still teachable, with a strong work ethic and committed to safety, quality and efficiency. This position requires physical stamina and a willingness to be flexible to jobsite and company needs.

**Duties**
- Prepare and clean-up job sites before and after the project.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

**Skills**
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to repeatedly lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Competent with construction tools and equipment (training will be provided as new types of equipment are used).
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
