Senior Corporate Paralegal

Our client is looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal with at least 5 years of corporate paralegal experience. CORES Level 111 is required. The Senior Corporate Paralegal will lead and mentor the junior members of the team.Duties: Conduct due diligence and minute book reviews, preparing reports, and updating documents Incorporate and organize AB and federal corporations, amendments, amalgamations, and dissolutions Corporate registry filing-CORES Level 1-111 Perform other administrative duties as required Qualifications: Legal Assistant Diploma or Certificate CORES Level 111 required Ability to lead and mentor a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Able to work in the office At Aplin - together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment - we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
