**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their service needs and inquiries.
- Accurately document customer information and vehicle details in the service management system.
- Assess customer concerns and recommend appropriate services based on mechanical knowledge and automotive repair practices.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer requests and ensure clarity on service requirements.
- Provide detailed estimates for services, including parts and labor costs, while promoting additional services through upselling techniques.
- Manage the service schedule to optimize workflow and minimize customer wait times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of payments received.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in service department, preferably within an automotive dealership environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand automotive repair processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with customers.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is preferred.
- A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for the automotive industry and commitment to continuous learning about new technologies and services.
