**Job Description**:
The Instructor, Flight Dispatch is responsible for the initial and recurrent training of flight dispatchers.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Team Leader, Technical Flight Dispatcher and Training;
- Monitor the initial and recurrent acquisition of flight dispatcher qualifications and skills;
- Prepare and deliver qualification and requalification courses;
- Recommend course syllabus revisions to the Team leader, Technical Flight Dispatcher and Training;
- The work schedule will be based on 168 hours per rotation.

**Qualifications**:- Experience as a flight dispatcher;
- Successful completion of Transport Canada exams (FD-MET and FD-OPS);
- Possess a restricted radio operator certificate;
- Sufficient knowledge of aviation regulations (CARs 602, 700, 725);
- Knowledge as a trainer would be an asset;
- College diploma or equivalent;
- Oral and written proficiency in both French and English;
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
