Our client in Etobicoke is looking for a Billing and Bookkeeper/ Office Administrator.

**Duties**:

- Manage account receivable: invoicing, payment posting, payment collection and credit checks.
- Assisting bookkeeper with data entry, payments, deposits, and remittances
- Maintaining comprehensive and up to date filing systems related to all accounting functions
- Pulling supporting data to match invoice format requirements
- Answering calls from clients and new customers
- Assist with error reports on a monthly basis.
- Reconcile billing remittances against claims on a monthly basis.
- Informing Management of potential accounting and billing problems

Job Qualifications:

- 4+ years experience in Bookkeeping
- Able to multi-task and coordinate priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- College or University Degree in accounting or finance
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be proficient in using QuickBooks
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent communication skills

Schedule: From 9:00 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, Full-time position

AREA: Etobicoke

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
