As a rapidly growing brokerage, we are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Real Estate Brand Ambassadors & Promoters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent our brand, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the success and growth of our brokerage.
- Represent the company at various events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and local businesses to generate leads and referrals.
- Educate and inform individuals about the benefits of working with our brokerage as a real estate agent.
- Actively recruit and onboard new agents by presenting our company culture, values, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional strategies.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to new agents during the onboarding process to ensure their success and integration into the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for real estate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and licensing requirements is a plus.
- Willingness to attend events and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly wage with performance-based commission.
- Profit-sharing opportunities.
