Optimize Marketing is looking for a Brand Ambassador position to join our Team The BA is responsible for acquiring and maintaining knowledge of products. As well as serving, demonstrating, intercepting customers and provide product knowledge in a friendly and professional manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Contact potential or existing customers intersept marketing
- Answer questions about products
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and complete transaction
- Enter and update customer information in the database

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Brand Ambassdor or other sales/customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer program and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Prepares and submits all on-line call reports by the designated deadline
- Any other duties as assigned

**Qualifications: Education/Experience**: Related experience; customer service or Sales

**Physical Demands**: The Representative will be regularly required to:

- Stand up to 6 - 8 hours at a time
- Lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Travel to Mall locations.

**Physical Appearance**:

- Individuals must ensure a professional appearance and proper grooming, cleanliness and neatness
- Be dressed in the specific uniform as per the uniform guidelines when in shift

**Strict Polices to be adhered**:

- No Cellphone for personal usage
- No breaks with out notification
- Punctual for shift and complete shift timings.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
