Automann services its distributors out of (4) US Distribution centers; Monroe Township NJ (HQ), New Lenox IL, Duncanville TX and Ontario CA and (2) distribution centers in Canada: Brampton ON and Edmonton AB.

**Summary**

We have an immediate need for an experienced **HR Generalist **with ability to establish and maintain effective and credible relationships with both supervisors and employees; work closely with supervisors to provide support, planning and problem solving; foster open communications with business partners and employee population; answer HR related inquiries in a timely manner.

This role reports to the **General Manager** and will provide key HR support to our distribution centers located in Brampton ON and Edmonton AB. This individual will be responsible for new hire on-boarding, benefits, employee relations and manufacturing temp to hire recruiting.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for enrollment and coordination of all employee benefits programs
- Responsible for the coordination and delivery of onboarding process, new hire orientation and training
- Assist managers with resolving employee relations issues and elevating issues as appropriate
- Assist General Manager with conflict resolution, serving both the Company and the employee rights and responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate report generation from ADP Workforce Now (HRIS System); ensure the up-to-date accuracy of employee information within ADP HRIS system
- Ensure regulatory compliance in HR initiatives; assist with ad hoc projects as needed
- Work with Corporate to process payroll
- Maintain knowledge of Canadian labor law which will be utilized throughout the course of the role

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Management) is preferred
- Completed CHRP Designation required
- Minimum five (5) years of Canadian HR Generalist required
- 3 Years of ADP Workforce Now including Payroll required
- Experience with Employee Relations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Canadian Labor Law
- Ability to maintain highest level of confidentially
- Ability to deal with and conflict and bring to fair resolution
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including business writing skills
- Functional knowledge of multi-Provincial and National labor law
- Microsoft Office Required

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
