We are currently seeking passionate, ambitious, and capable individuals to join our growing marketing team and be a part of the Max Advanced Brakes family.

**Responsibilities**:

- Synthesize customer insights, product features and value proposition into brand online marketplace strategies guiding GTM strategy to drive awareness, customer engagement and meet targets
- Grow, monitor and optimize existing product line-up on Amazon and other online marketplaces
- Champion management and optimization of programs and campaigns on Amazon & eBay seller portals
- Expert in ranking techniques, product titles, product descriptions, key features, keywords, bidding strategy, target recommendations on marketplace ad platforms
- Based on insights from previous campaigns, champion marketplace strategies and tap into emerging trends, tactics and best practices for future campaigns to help drive growth and market share
- Derive insights to help simplify and enhance customer buying journey including recommending tactics for offline/omnichannel marketing

**Skills and Requirements**
- Degree in marketing or relevant marketing experience
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (including but not limited to eBay, Amazon and Google)
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, motivate and deliver results
- Working knowledge of marketplace seller and ad portals
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Strong presentation, analytical and data-driven thinking skills
- Team player able to juggle multiple projects and timelines
- Current on trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
