**Duties**
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, cutting, and measuring ingredients
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or needs to the supervisor

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is _**required**_
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Requirments (physical)**:
Able to lift 50 pounds while walking up/ downstairs
Frequent stair walking
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to work in hot conditions

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
