**Job**

Seeking a unique individual to consistently provide exceptional customer service to our new and existing clients to support our promise of _Boat Insurance Made Easy_

We are hiring for the following shift:
**12:00pm to 8:00pm. - shift premium 10%**

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**

**Sales**
- Sell policies to new and existing clients in accordance with approved processes
- Address all inquiries from prospective clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner
- Obtain all necessary details in order to properly rate the risk
- Provide certificates of insurance to clients, dealers, and finance companies as requested

**Customer Service**
- Identify, address and resolve client inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner
- Review policies and report claims
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding payment, gather required information, explain coverage changes and limitations
- Obtain underwriting approval when needed

**Processing**
- Process renewals, new business, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements in the appropriate systems in accordance with approved processes
- Handle incoming paperwork and client requests in accordance with service level agreements
- Maintain database of client information
- Respond to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up on outstanding documentation
- Secure customer testimonials

**Other projects**
- Projects as assigned by the management team
- Attend courses to further work related education and complete job related self-development

**What you'll need**

**Education**
- Post-secondary level education
- RIBO license (or willingness to obtain)

**Communication**
- excellent communication skills with clients and Company employees
- communication with all employees and managers

**Computer Skills**

Pay: $48,000.00-$51,500.00 per year
