**Position Overview**:
The General Manager will be instrumental in catalyzing our growth, ensuring the seamless execution of our operations, and fostering a culture of excellence across all dealership locations. This individual will play a central role in steering our new franchise towards achieving its strategic objectives and operational benchmarks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the comprehensive oversight of daily operations across all dealership locations, setting a gold standard in customer service, operational efficiency, and maintenance excellence.
- Strategize and execute plans for sales enhancement, operational profitability, and geographic expansion, with a keen focus on maximizing the franchise's market potential.
- Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, to surpass fiscal targets.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative approach to business growth and operational success.
- Inspire, guide, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth in all areas of the dealership's operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven leadership experience in the automotive industry, particularly in a managerial role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive space.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of automotive sales, finance, and service operations.
