**Requirements**:

- A passion for food, beverages, and the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in restaurant management (General Manager or equivalent), including

experience with restaurant openings (preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment for staff and guests
