**Job Summary/Accountabilities**

The Preferred Network Provider (PNP) Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and development of the preferred network database of multiple treatment and assessment health care, ancillary, diagnostic, surgical, and rehabilitation providers. They will develop, maintain, audit, and strengthen relationships with all providers. The Preferred Network Provider Coordinator will support the Preferred Network Provider/Healthcare Navigation Lead on any projects, initiatives, and implementations related to the PNP database and Navigation Program and will work with the Operations team to streamline processes related to the PNP database. The Preferred Network Provider Coordinator will also support with other operational administrative duties as required.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain the PNP database spreadsheet, folders, and internal claims management system (additions, updates, removals, etc.) to ensure the database is accurate and current
- Review database to identify service resource gaps to ensure continuous availability of resources and fill any identified gaps, as required
- Continuously research and recruit specialized medical and ancillary health care providers, diagnostic testing, surgical, mental health resources, independent medical evaluations, functional evaluations, physical/ mental rehabilitation, and occupational therapy providers to establish and maintain a network of preferred health care professionals
- Organize and facilitate meetings alongside the PNP/Healthcare Navigation Program Lead, identify and track any meeting action items
- Communicate with providers on a regular basis to build and strengthen relationships with all preferred network providers, and to answer any questions or concerns
- Audit providers annually to ensure they still meet expectations and criteria. Report results of the audit
- Provide support to the Program Lead with roll out of new additions to the PNP including coordinating implementation, and coordinating team training and socialization
- Provide support to PNP Program Lead on projects and initiatives regarding the PNP/Healthcare Navigation
- Provide support in the development of resources and communications for internal and external use
- Work with PNP Program Lead and collaborate with operations to optimize and standardize PNP process
- Address any concerns brought forward by Operations on PNP service expectations
- Provide strong change and project management support
- Communicate with preferred provider network to facilitate treatment for clients as appropriate
- Participate and Coordinate PNP committee including coordination, agenda, and minutes at the PNP committee meetings
- Complete other duties associated with the Disability Management Associate/Leave of Absence Coordinator role.

**Required Competencies**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in provider healthcare coordination or project management within a healthcare setting
- Relevant Education or Continuing Education in Health / Sciences, such as Medical Training, Medical Terminology, Heath Administration, Public Health, Occupational Health, or Disability Management
- Relevant experience in Independent Medical Examinations (IME’s), insurance, or preferred network provider development/management would be considered an asset
- Solid understanding of medical and mental health conditions, treatment, and medical terminology
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
