**Opportunity Snapshot**
Join our collaborative team as a QA Analyst, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of a high-quality all-in-one platform for photographers and creative professionals. Through manual and automated testing, you are responsible for executing and documenting comprehensive test plans, analyzing results, providing recommendations for improvements, and collaborating with Engineering to resolve issues. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for quality assurance will be instrumental in delivering a world-class product for over 800,000 customers.
**Your Impact**
- Work closely with Engineering to ship high quality, bug-free features
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and additional documentation
- Assist Software Developers in identifying bugs and problems during the development process
- Assist the Test Automation team to identify test cases required for automated regression suites
- Assist the Test Automation team with creating and delivering automated tests
- Assist the Customer Support team with technical issue reproduction and bug ticket creation
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Engineering, Product, and Leadership on time estimates, risks, and mitigation plans

**Role** **Requirements**
- 2 - 4 years of QA experience in a professional setting
- Ability to read and interact with various web stack related languages (PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS)
- Experience using automated testing frameworks (e.g. TestCafe or similar)
- Experience with testing practices in an Agile environment
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Possess a critical eye for user-centric design and flows
- Ability to work 9am - 5pm PST
