**Here’s what your day to day will look like as an Administrative assistant on site**:

- Attending project coordination meetings
- Verifying and analysing propositions and contractual documents for each project
- Monitoring productivity, approving procedures, and producing progress reports
- Bookkeeping and billing
- Creating and updating production schedules concerning the formwork, framework, and concreting sequencing with subcontractors
- Preparing the orders for prefab materials and reserving of the formwork panels
- Computer assisted drawing
- Comparing the quoted and construction drawings
- Recording and reporting of the staff’s work time
- Preparing and updating each project’s administrative documents, (timeframe, cost ventilation, production methods, subcontractors, etc.)
- Assisting clients

**What you’ll need**:

- Bilingual (French, English)
- College degree in civil engineering (an asset)
- Experience in the field of construction (an asset)
- Have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle
- Knowledge within the MS Project and AutoCAD softwares (an asset)
- Means to move about Ottawa’s greater region
