**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each guest feels valued and has a memorable experience.

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and serving stations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing cash accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling practices is a plus, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
