You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring they have a pleasant experience from the moment they walk in.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup.
- Take orders and serve table side.
- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to process orders and manage inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist with food preparation and handling, including pastries and snacks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while handling food products.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food service or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Experience in food preparation or handling is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
