**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist physiotherapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Lead patients through prescribed exercise programs, ensuring proper technique and safety.
- Provide patient education on exercise protocols and information regarding surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Assist with the setup, cleaning and maintenance of treatment areas and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, Orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists, and sports medicine physicians.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic environment.
- Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising physiotherapist.

- Current registration or certification as a Kinesiologist or PTA in Ontario (or eligible).
- CPR and First Aid certification.
