**Line Cook - Alebrije (Harbord Village, Toronto)**

Alebrije is a fine dining Mexican restaurant located in the heart of Harbord Village. Led by Chef Adam Ryan, we celebrate traditional Mexican cuisine elevated through modern technique and seasonal Canadian ingredients. Our kitchen is small, creative, and fast-paced — every member of the team plays an important role in shaping the guest experience.

We’re currently seeking a **Line Cook** to join our team.

**About the role**:
This position is ideal for a motivated cook who takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and consistency. You’ll work closely with the chef team on prep and service for both à la carte and tasting menus, learning refined plating and contemporary techniques while executing dishes to a high standard.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous professional kitchen experience is required** (fine dining or upscale casual preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and respect for mise en place
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well under pressure
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- A genuine interest in Mexican cuisine, fermentation, and local/seasonal cooking
