We at Local 1794 we take pride in a tasteful and creative menu. We are looking for an experienced forward-thinking line cook who is passionate about culinary arts.

Looking for a self-motivated individual who can communicate effectively. The line cook will be responsible for managing all orders to the kitchen, preparatory duties, and line mise en place.

Job Requirements
- 2 years experience cooking in an upscale environment
- Experience with PASTA is an asset
- Experience with PIZZZ is an asset
- Experience with GRILL is an asset
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dedicated to food quality and control
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate ability to attract and retain excellent performers and develop a high performing team

We are only seeking those who are positive, focused, passionate and determined

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
