WSP E&I has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Surrey location to provide project administrative support to our Site C project team.

**A day in the life**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reception
- Perform word processing tasks using Microsoft Office (advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe programs.
- Proofreading and editing of documents as needed
- Completion of formatting and compilation of large multi-section reports and proposals within strict timelines (electronically and in hard copy), including delivery arrangements, tracking and reporting
- Data management including electronic and hard copy materials, ftp site uploads and management.
- Data entry and tabulation [specifically data entry for Surrey Materials Testing lab, in their database, IMTS (Integrated Materials Testing System)]
- Arrange conference room bookings and catering.
- Arrange travel, vehicle bookings, and fleet management, as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters related to daily activities of the unit.
- Accounts receivable for unit
- Order supplies for unit
- Other related tasks as required, including potentially supply and equipment management, assistance with logistics and scheduling.

***What you'll bring to WSP...**:

- A minimum of a High School Diploma. A completed Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset
- A self-driven approach to work with strong oral and written communications skills including writing, strong editing and proof-reading skills with knowledge of correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary
- A drive to take ownership of work and thrive in a fast pace and deadline driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in following software:

- Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Visio
- Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Web enabled databases.
- Adobe InDesign
- Able to communicate professionally with team members, and coordinate while handling simultaneous projects.
- Able to work
