**OBJECTIF GÉNÉRAL**
Responsable pour une variété de tâches administratives et cléricales en rapport aux opérations du centre de service.

**RESPONSABILITÉS ET FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES**
- Solutionner les problèmes des clients
- Vérifier et s’occuper de transmettre les documents de douanes américaines
- Entrer les informations requises pour la facturation
- S’assurer que les connaissements soient complétés correctement
- Entrer les factures de transport dans le systême
- Autres tâches tel que requis

**COMPÉTENCES DE BASE**
- Avoir obtenu son diplôme d’études secondaire ou équivalence

**AUTRES QUALIFICATIONS**
- Une expérience dans le domaine du transport serait un atout
- Excellente communication orale et écrite
- Organisé et multifonctionnel
- Excellentes aptitudes en informatique/en saisie de données

**Shift End**: 16:00

**GENERAL PURPOSE**

Responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks relating to the operations of the Service Centre.

**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide problem resolution for customers
- Verify and process U.S. Customs documents
- Data entry of required billing information
- Ensure accuracy of bills of lading
- Enter freight invoices into system
- Perform other duties as required

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School diploma or equivalent

**OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in the transportation industry, an asset
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized with the ability to multi task
- Excellent computer/data entry skills
