We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate members to join our team We strive to attract employees who have an enthusiasm and passion for enthusiastic customer service and great drinks Our team members have hospitality in their hearts and are passionate about customer service and teamwork. **Responsibilities and Duties**: - Craft beverages, prepare toppings, and package food for customers - Operate the Point of Sales (POS) terminal - Maintain inventory by replenishing stock when needed from storage - Maintain safe and healthy work environments by following formalized standard operating procedures - Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stockroom - Adhere to the cleaning schedule to prolong the life of all equipment **Requirements**: - Previous experience working in food and beverage industry (preferably >1 year working in food & beverage and/or retail) - Excellent customer service skills, excellent team player - Excellent communication skills, in English, Mandarin is preferred but not required. - Able to work well under pressure - Ability to work standing, occasionally lift up to 25kg and carry items as required - Ability to work variable hours including afternoons, evenings, weekends and/or Statutory holidays - Attend paid training and onboarding sessions prior to commencement of employment **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent **Salary**: From $16.55 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week **Benefits**: - Discounted or free food Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Night shift - On call - Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Tips Work Location: In person
