We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, flexible, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. The position involves supporting the property management team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and handling various aspects of property management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management.
- Coordinate lease documentation, renewals, and terminations
- Maintain and update tenant and property records in property management software
- Schedule maintenance and inspections with vendors
- Track and follow up on rent collections, arrears, and notices
- Prepare reports, letters, and correspondence as needed
- Assist in move-in/move-out processes and tenant onboarding
- Support property managers in administrative and compliance tasks
- Ensure documentation is compliant with relevant laws and company policies

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Requirements**:

- Must be local and able to work in person as needed.
- Flexible availability to accommodate part-time hours, which may vary week to week based on the needs of the property management team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.10-$18.27 per hour
