**Property Manager - General License**

If you’re looking to join a dynamic, energizing team and are licensed through **CMRAO**, we invite you to bring your expertise and passion for property management to a portfolio in the **Burlington/Hamilton area**.

We are looking for someone who strives to be their best, is experienced in managing portfolios, and is committed to making a meaningful impact in the property management industry.

**Qualifications for Property Managers on our team include**:

- ** General License through CMRAO** (mandatory)
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** with a General License
- Proven experience in managing a portfolio
- A love for working with people and building relationships
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Excellent business management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, and Outlook); knowledge of **Yardi Property Management** is an asset but not required
