**Autobox Solutions Specialist**

Autobox Garage Interiors in Saskatoon is looking for a competent, dedicated team player who will help fulfill our mission of transforming garages and commercial areas into attractive and functional spaces that consistently meet or exceed our clients’ expectations.

**Core Results expected from this position**
- Our clients, both residential and commercial, get best value storage and flooring solutions that consistently meet or exceed their needs and aspirations.
- The needs and wishes of clients are confirmed in creative, clear design options and pricing that meets their understanding.
- Communications between the client and the operations team are timely, complete, accurate and clear.
- Projects are managed to assure exceptional client satisfaction and eliminate waste.
- The assigned territory is developed to achieve its full potential for clients and the company, including financial targets.
- There is timely reporting to meet to Autobox’s requirements for accurate and relevant client information.
- Contributions to the marketing team to optimize social media advertising.
- The Autobox brand is respected and enhanced in all communications and interactions.
- Autobox’s effective and fair policies and procedures, including its _Code of Conduct, _are fully respected at all times.
- All Autobox team members go the extra distance when required.

**Work Experience, Knowledge and Proven Skills**
- 3 years experience in effective sales and business development
- Clear, effective and credible communications and presentation skills, oral and written.
- Full fluency and proficiency in using Word and Excel
- Experience in the Construction or Design field preferred.
- Reliable, with a great attitude and the ability to learn and continuously improve
- Valid driver’s license and truck or car

**Education**
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration, or other university degree is an asset
- Certification in construction design is an asset

**Full Time, Base Salary Plus Commission** **Position**

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
