**This Full-Time position is located in Saskatoon, SK.**: Product Specialist

We are looking for a bright, energetic, competent, and entrepreneurial minded individual that is capable of working in all aspects of product information, soil and plant health, marketing, and customer service.

This person will join our rapidly growing business as part of the effort to expand the Market Advisory Program and related service offerings

**As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible of**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting and improving the development of existing and new products
- Managing the launch of new products
- Creating product info sheets and keeping them updated according to industry/company changes
- Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
- Analyzing, documenting, and learning the product development process
- Leading internal and external audits of the products
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Resolving customer issues regarding products
- Collaborating with and reporting information to other departments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Practicing Agronomist (preferred)
- Knowledge of soil health and fertilizers
- Basic chemistry knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
